Each coaching workout plan is custom designed to help you gain better posture and build strength both in and out of the gym setting. You will receive in-person or online coaching while learning techniques that allow you to continue your fitness journey throughout the week in and outside of the gym so you never skip a beat.

Semi-personal training

Do you love a group environment with like-minded people, but still want that personal touch? We have just the program for you!
You, and up to two other people, will work with the same trainer at the same time. This doesn’t mean you won’t get a customized training program, but it means that during the time you’re exercising, our trainers will be working with others as well. This allows you to go at your own pace and work in a small group environment to make gym days fun and engaging. You will have the opportunity to connect with others with built-in gym connections, leaving the awkward gym "hellos" a thing of the past!

Our Clients enjoy the one-on-one targeted and customized training to help each Client reach their goals and needs. We offer post-injury recovery training, weight loss programs, muscle building, prepping for body building shows, and more. Our signature challenges are Booty Bootcamp by Trey, Biceps by Trey, and the Built Different: 8-Week Challenge, designed to meet diverse fitness goals both in-person and online.
